2. Where will my server be co-located?
Your server will be
hosted locally in Malaysia at one of our Data Centre either in
Cyberjaya or Brickfield data center based on the availability of
rack space.
3. How can I access/maintain my server?
Eternal Solutions
allows physical access to your server during office hour (8:30am to
5:00 Mon-Fri). At other times, using remote access software such as
FTP and TELNET is sufficient for you to be able to access your own
system to update and maintain the content of your own server. For
visits during after office hours/weekend/public holidays, we prefer
the customer to plan the visits ahead.
