1. How is the Web Hosting service charged?

The fee of Web Hosting service is charged on an annual basis and the billing date is effective from the date of service activation that is the date when the subscriber receives his FTP password together with other features for the hosting service.
 
 
2. Are the prices in web hosting plans inclusive of the domain name registration fee?

No. The price is only for subscription to our web hosting services. However, if you subscribe to one of our web hosing plans, you are entitled to register a .com/.net/.org/.info/.biz domain domain name at only RM50. For other domain name extension, please visit here. 3. What is the price for Domain Name registration only?

4. Do I have to pay any setup fee?

No.
 
5. What are the payment methods?

You have 4 options of payment method:-
i) Direct Cash/Cheque Deposit
ii) Internet Funds Transfer
iii) Cheque Postal (recommended Registered or PosLaju or Courier)

6. I have just made the payment, what shall I do next?

Kindly inform us the payment made either by:
- fax in the deposit slip written with the domain name to +603 80624955
- email the deposit slip/receipt to billing@netonboard.com

Note: Registration will only be carried out after notification of payment is received either by fax or email.
 

 
7. How long I have to wait after I made the payments?

Once we receive your payment, we will proceed with the registration and account creation which will be completed within 24 hours (working hours).

Your domain or hosting account details will be email to you email. Please check your email after that.
 

 
8. Can I upgrade from one Web Hosting plan to another?

Yes. You may upgrade your web hosting plans from one to another. You will only need to pay the amount difference between both packages plus a processing fee. The expiry date for the additional space will follow back the first registration expiry date within the year.

9. Can I downgrade from one Web Hosting plan to another?

We do not provide any downgrade options before the existing subscription expire. However you can choose to upgrade or downgrade when you renew your annual subscription.
 
 
10. Can I terminate the contract at any time?

Yes you can. We advise subscribers not to terminate the contract until the end of contract duration because no refund will be made even you terminate the service before the contract ends.
